At Carbon, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. As such, we offer the following coverage for our pieces:

In the rare case your custom item is incorrect: Please take clear photos of your delivered item and send them to our support team at hello@carbondesigns.com and we’ll fix or replace your item for you. Anything described in our Cosmetic Standards here is not considered incorrect or defective.

If your custom item arrives damaged please follow these steps to ensure prompt resolution:

Inspect Upon Delivery: Thoroughly inspect your item upon delivery.

Note Any Issues: If you happen find any damage, make sure to note on the delivery receipt before the delivery personnel leave.

Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the damage.

Contact Us Immediately: Notify us immediately by contacting our customer service team at hello@carbondesigns.com. Provide clear photographs and details of the issue. Anything described in our Cosmetic Standards here is not considered damaged.

Fix or Replacement: Upon receiving your notification and supporting documentation, our small team will assess the situation and work to either fix the problem or replace the item.

Exclusions: Normal cosmetic features of our pieces, such as variations in the finish or powder coating, color variation in the metal, welds, grind marks, micro-imperfections, etc. are not considered defects and will not warrant a fix or replacement.

Buyer's Remorse: No returns or refunds will be accepted for buyer's remorse. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your custom selection and comfortable with the characteristics of handcrafted pieces before placing your order.
