Do you offer financing? 
We do! Our plans are offered through Shop Pay Installments! Select "Shop Pay" at checkout to apply! 

What's your turnaround time? 
Each of our custom products have a product-specific production turnaround time based on the level of customization and weld-complexity. 

Do you have a warranty? 
We do! It's called the Carbon Promise.

What should I know about Carbon Designs before ordering?
Carbon Designs began as Solo Fab in 2019 by Jason Thomas in his backyard. Since then, Carbon Designs sprang to life in 2023 as a way to reach customers across the nation and has existed to employ local craftspeople in the Northwest Arkansas Ozarks who love what they do. 

Carbon Cosmetic Standards: At Carbon, we craft high-quality, custom metal pieces that blend functionality with aesthetics. Handcrafted from solid metal, our pieces naturally develop a patina over time, adding unique character. Surface imperfections and color variations are inherent to the metal fabrication process, enhancing the authenticity of each item. Exposure to moisture can cause rust, so regular maintenance is recommended. Customization requests may impact the final appearance, reflecting the distinct personality of handmade items. Can I change or cancel my order? 
Our design consultants dedicate themselves to ensuring that every aspect of your order is carefully confirmed before finalizing your purchase. Should you find the need to cancel or modify your order, such as altering the color, size, etc., you will have a 24-hour window from the time your order is submitted to request changes.
Once this initial 24-hour period has passed, the process of crafting your custom order begins, and we are unable to accommodate further adjustments or cancellations.
