At Carbon, we take great pride in creating unique, handcrafted pieces tailored to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. 

However, if your item arrives incorrect or damaged by the freight company, please follow these steps to ensure we can address the issue promptly:

  1. Inspect Upon Delivery: Thoroughly inspect your item upon delivery.

  2. Note Any Issues: If you find any damage or incorrect details, make sure to note these on the delivery receipt before the delivery personnel leave.

  3. Document the Damage: Take clear photographs of the damage or incorrect details.

  4. Contact Us Immediately: Notify us immediately by contacting our customer service team at hello@carbondesigns.com. Provide clear photographs and details of the issue. Anything described in our Cosmetic Standards here is not considered incorrect or defective.

Once we receive your notification and supporting documentation, our team will assess the situation and work to either fix the problem or replace the item, depending on the nature and extent of the issue.

Please note that if damages are not noted at the time of delivery and reported to us, we will not be able to address the problem.
